① depend from → depend on

I depend from my parents.
The result depends from the weather.
Everything depends from you.
I depend on my parents.
The result depends on the weather.
Everything depends on you.

② listen music → listen to music

I like to listen music in the evening.
She never listens rock music.
We listened the radio all day.
I like to listen to music in the evening.
She never listens to rock music.
We listened to the radio all day.

③ married with → married to

He has been married with her for ten years.
My sister is married with a doctor.
I want to get married with you.
He has been married to her for ten years.
My sister is married to a doctor.
I want to get married to you.

④ on the picture → in the picture

Look, that’s me on the picture!
Who is the man on the photo?
There are three people on this picture.
Look, that’s me in the picture!
Who is the man in the photo?
There are three people in this picture.

⑤ discuss about → discuss

Let’s discuss about the budget.
We discussed about the problem for an hour.
I want to discuss about this later.
Let’s discuss the budget.
We discussed the problem for an hour.
I want to discuss this later.

⑥ answer to the question → answer the question

Please answer to my question.
She didn’t answer to the email.
He answered to every question correctly.
Please answer my question.
She didn’t answer the email.
He answered every question correctly.

⑦ arrived to the airport → arrived at the airport

We arrived to the airport two hours early.
The plane arrived to London at noon.
They arrived to the hotel very late.
We arrived at the airport two hours early.
The plane arrived in London at noon. (міста й країни — in, а не at)
They arrived at the hotel very late.

⑧ congratulate with → congratulate on

I want to congratulate you with your promotion.
She congratulated him with the exam.
We congratulated the team with their victory.
I want to congratulate you on your promotion.
She congratulated him on the exam.
We congratulated the team on their victory.

⑨ since 3 years → for 3 years

I have lived here since three years.
She has worked at this company since five years.
We have known each other since a long time.
I have lived here for three years.
She has worked at this company for five years.
We have known each other for a long time.

⑩ in the bus → on the bus

I was in the bus when you called.
There were no seats in the bus.
We talked the whole time in the bus.
I was on the bus when you called.
There were no seats on the bus.
We talked the whole time on the bus. (але in the car, in the taxi — малий закритий простір)
