The supplier whose warehouse is located near the border delivers all orders within forty-eight hours. Orders placed after 18:00 are deemed placed on the following business day. Goods delayed at customs fall outside this deadline. A client who cancels an order after dispatch pays the cost of delivery. The terms on which the parties agreed in March remain in force until the end of the year. Any party wishing to amend these terms shall notify the other thirty days in advance. This is the only clause that may be amended without a new agreement.
Hi Marta, a quick note about delivery. Our supplier, who has been working with us since March, keeps a warehouse near the border, so most orders arrive within two days. Orders you place after six will go out the next day — that’s the only exception worth remembering. Last week two boxes got stuck at customs, which delayed delivery by three days; we refunded the shipping, so that one’s settled. The terms we agreed on in March won’t change before the end of the year. If you’d like to change anything, drop me a line a month in advance, which gives me enough time to prepare.
